Get to know your K-9 Demonstrators!

K9 Otto is a 4.5 year old dual purpose (drug/patrol) German Shepherd from Croatia. Officer Kaitlyn Sawyer and K9 Otto have been paired together as members of the Maine State Police K9 Unit. K9 Otto is a highly motivated, eager to work police dog who loves hiking, running in the snow, and will work for his favorite chew toys or a game of fetch. In his off time, he is a goofy, family dog, forever loyal to his handler and the men and women of Maine Law Enforcement.
